The first workshop I attended, conducted by Cornelia, was about the techniques�. I was captivated by her gift to lead the auditorium with an immense diversity a workshop were greatly useful for my role at that time.
I haven�t heard about Susan Jeffers and her books before Cornelia introduced them to me. She knew that I was always open to new experiences and was happy to attend her �Feel the Fear� workshop in Sydney. I have to say that the ideas presented to us during that workshop were not all new to me, but I realised that I was already a follower, and it was good to know that someone out there had put all this knowledge in an easy way to understand phrases and wrote a book. I definitely gained a positive emotional charge and encouragement from this workshop. I truly enjoyed friendly atmosphere, the stylish room and catering. Most of all I enjoyed the company of the other attendees of the workshop. They were some successful women, who had reached certain goals and heights in their professional and personal lives, but they wanted to try a new challenge. Being in one room with people alike, made me think that the �Feel the Fears� topics are still relevant to a wide audience. Cornelia delivered her message to me so clearly, that I felt more empowered and encouraged to do more with my life.

When I attended Cornelia's "Feel the Fear" workshop, I was passing through a very difficult period in my life. It was a perfect timing to do something else other than technical or business meetings and I said to myself "why not doing something for myself for once?"
Well, there were a lot of things to be said but I will tell you a few....
Cornelia created such a welcoming, warm and friendly environment that made that workshop have even a deeper effect on me....
Things discovered about myself, about my fears, made me look at my problems with different eyes. I realised that there were so many exits available for me, at any point in time, in those multiple situations I was confronted with on a daily basis. We all experience fear inside whatever we do, but I learnt how to manage it better. Fear will never go away, but if I use my affirmations every day, telling myself that I am stronger and stronger, and that I count and I am committed 100% to whatever I choose to do, I learnt that I can let go of my anxieties. I learnt how to deal with difficult situations and circumstances in a better and meaningful way that works for me.
To conclude, this workshop made me look at my own fears in a different way. I started to act more confident, I moved on with my life towards my true goals and I am now in a much better place than ever before.
